Job Summary
The Product Support Analyst provides high-quality remote customer support for Caseware’s accounting software, handling inbound calls and emails, guiding users on installation and features, and troubleshooting issues while analyzing client workflows to apply Caseware products. Responsibilities include maintaining records, protecting confidentiality, tracking issues in the ticket system, performing minor software testing, and contributing to AI-enabled process improvements. The role requires 1-2 years of B2B accounting/financial industry experience, familiarity with accounting concepts, and strong English communication (French a plus); Salesforce and ticketing-system experience are advantageous. The position is fully remote for applicants eligible to work in Canada, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and continuous learning in a fast-paced Fintech environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer support B2B accounting/financial industry
- Foundational knowledge in accounting/financial statements
- Experience with ticketing systems
- Salesforce experience is an asset
- Strong English communication skills; French is an asset
- Independent learner and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- AI-first mindset and willingness to experiment with AI tools to improve workflows
