Advise, sell, and troubleshoot technical issues for customers via phone, email, and chat while managing pre-sales and after-sales enquiries. Ensure high service levels and customer satisfaction by resolving requests and setting up new products. Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. Full-time role with 40-hour schedule from 10AM to 7PM.
