Job Summary
Product Supervisor at Sports Direct Malaysia responsible for coaching sales staff in product knowledge and customer service, assisting in achieving monthly sales targets, supervising stock delivery/processing and stock replenishment, conducting stock-takes, ensuring compliance with Operational and Customer Service SOPs, assisting in product display and visual merchandising, and standing in for the Assistant Shop Manager to maintain retail operations standards. Requires leadership with proven team-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and analytical/problem-solving capabilities. Willingness to work long hours, weekends, public holidays and shift duty. An opportunity with Frasers Group to drive performance and customer experience in a multi-category sports retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- SPM with at least 2 years’ experience as Supervisor in retail industry / Diploma with at least 2 years as Sales Assistant (or equivalent)
