Job Summary
Senior Product Strategy Lead for asset management solutions. Shape and influence the product vision and roadmap by translating market dynamics, client needs, and competitive insights into strategic direction. Act as a subject matter expert on asset management with strong knowledge of products, strategies, and market structure. Develop client-facing insights and engage with clients alongside sales and relationship teams to deepen engagement. Represent the business externally through conferences and industry forums, and collaborate with product, sales, marketing, and client success to deliver greater client value. The role requires 10+ years of experience, deep asset management expertise, and the ability to communicate with senior stakeholders. Base NYC salary range is $125,000-$155,000 per year, with bonus/incentive eligibility and hybrid work options in Midtown.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in asset management, product strategy, product development, or business strategy
- deep functional understanding of asset management products, investment strategies, and distribution
- strong communication skills and credibility with senior internal and external stakeholders
- experience serving as a strategic advisor to clients or internal partners
- demonstrated industry engagement, including conference participation or public-facing thought leadership
- highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
