Job Summary
Analyze materials, production data, and end-of-life considerations to assess product conformance with global regulations like EU REACH, PFAS, and RoHS. Monitor environmental regulatory trends and interpret industry best practices to guide internal teams and customers on safety and compliance issues. Prepare technical documentation including safety data sheets and environmental product declarations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize product design. Lead life cycle analysis projects for clients using specialized software tools. Work remotely with flexible part-time or full-time arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent English skills - both written and verbal
- An undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or other relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum of 5 years experience in product design - preferably in electrical equipment or medical devices
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to LCA software tools and data analysis
- Experience in new product development/design
- Candidates with openLCA experience
