Product Stewardship Engineer

Job Summary
Conduct life cycle assessments (LCAs) for manufacturers producing complex, engineered assemblies by analyzing data on materials, production, transportation, energy usage, carbon emissions, and end-of-life considerations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product design and minimize environmental impact while developing reports and recommendations based on LCA findings. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in life cycle analysis methodologies. Lead LCA projects for clients to help them comply with global environmental regulations such as EU RoHS, REACH, California Prop 65, PFAS, and CE marking. This role supports our mission to enable cost-effective regulatory compliance using advanced software technology.
Required Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree in mechanical, electrical or other relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in life cycle analysis or related environmental assessment work
- Proficiency in LCA software tools and data analysis
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in new product development/design is preferred
- Candidates with openLCA experience are encouraged to apply
