Product Speclist

Provide comprehensive technical and operational support to the sales team and customers, including assisting with product inquiries, facilitating product training, and resolving post-sales technical issues. Act as the primary liaison between the product team and manufacturing facilities to coordinate production schedules, track order statuses, and communicate quality feedback. Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from initiation to completion by defining scope, managing timelines, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Identify and evaluate opportunities for external innovation while building relationships with partners and research institutions to foster collaborative projects.
