Job Summary
Product Specialist role supporting Product Management with an entry/early-career focus. Responsible for triaging and resolving product help desk tickets, maintaining up-to-date product documentation, supporting pricing changes and ERP/price-book updates, assisting with new product development tasks, coordinating cross-functional meetings, creating sales tools and training aids, and building basic data trackers/dashboards. Requires excellent organization, clear communication, willingness to learn, and basic Excel; engineering degree not required. In-office presence in Macedonia, OH (minimum 3 days/week). Fluent English; travel up to ~10% domestic. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; equivalent relevant experience acceptable.
Required Qualifications
- 0–2 years work experience; entry-level candidates with internships, co-ops, or relevant coursework welcome
- Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tracking items and follow through to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams
- Basic Excel skills (tables, simple formulas, filters); ability to learn templates and build trackers
- Comfortable using PC tools and willing to learn ERP and CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent relevant experience acceptable
- Commutable to Macedonia, OH and in-office at least 3 days per week
- Willingness to travel up to ~10% (domestic supplier/customer visits as needed)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong bias for action and ownership mentality
