Product Specialist

Conduct product lifecycle management by monitoring competitor products, analyzing business and market potential for new solutions, and optimizing the product portfolio through reductions, deletions, or changes. Manage KOL identification and maintenance for selected applications while defining engineering change orders and customer liaison activities. Develop new product applications and protocols with customers and outside partners, support regional technical information needs, and consolidate product feedback with marketing and business managers. Coordinate local marketing activities according to the annual tactical plan, ensuring budget adherence and ROMI monitoring. Travel with the sales force to visit key customers and produce marketing and technical literature on time.
