Job Summary
Provide highly specialized technical expertise in Biosurgery and Wound Closure solutions to Orthopedics, Cardiovascular, and Gynecology specialties. Engage existing and prospective customers to drive market expansion by developing new accounts, growing current ones through product upgrades, and leading critical product trials and conversions. Cultivate key opinion leaders in collaboration with Marketing and SHAPE to amplify brand influence and support strategic sales initiatives. Reduce adoption barriers by leading cross-functional approaches to new product introductions and aligning hospital stakeholders across departments. Provide feedback on customers, promotional programs, and environmental changes to improve product and company performance. Collaborate on regional plans to execute aligned strategies supporting priority accounts and customers in the Specialty area.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a University Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales
- Ability to travel 40% + of time in Canada
