Job Summary
Promote and sell Johnson & Johnson Surgical Stapling and Energy Sealing & Dissecting Devices to specialist surgeons and key hospital decision makers. Engage with surgeons and healthcare professionals, build relationships, identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share, and meet sales targets. Provide in-theatre clinical support and in-service training to maximise patient outcomes and product application. The role is predominantly field-based in Brisbane, with frequent travel to hospitals within Brisbane Metro. Requires ability to travel domestically and effectively communicate with customers; strong collaboration and organizational skills essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified
- 2-3 years hospital sales experience within surgical devices
- experience working in an operating theatre environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to travel domestically to the assigned territory
- team-oriented and highly organized
