Job Summary
Product Specialist - Property leads development and implementation of property insurance products; acts as SME for property lines, coordinates end-to-end product initiatives, analyzes market trends and competitive materials, prepares product roadmaps, and supports sales, marketing, and training efforts. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, managing small projects, maintaining product information across intranet and broker portals, conducting needs analyses, delivering presentations to business units and insurers, and providing underwriting direction and performance reporting. Required skills include data analysis and visualization, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a degree or diploma in a quantitative field or insurance; CIP designation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in quantitative field, or Insurance
- 5 years related experience
- Knowledge of P&C insurance and regulatory environment
- Ability to plan, organize and manage several projects at one time
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
