Job Summary
Product Specialist focused on the procurement experience within enterprise purchasing. You’ll balance policy compliance with speed and ease of use across complex organizations, owning catalog, search, and approvals in the procure-to-pay cycle. You’ll navigate multiple business units, regional rules, and approval hierarchies to ensure a compliant, cost-effective, and user-friendly buying process. Core capabilities include writing crisp requirements, conducting customer discovery, building prioritized roadmaps, and making data-driven trade-offs. You’ll apply logical rigor to decomposing complex systems, demonstrate calm judgment under pressure, and drive cross-functional collaboration with a strong ownership mentality to deliver durable procurement workflows.
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years in enterprise product, ideally B2B workflow (procurement/supply chain/platform/CPQ/ERP is an advantage)
- You've shipped features that actually changed how customers operate, not just incremented metrics
- Core PM craft: ability to write crisp requirements, run customer discovery, build prioritized roadmaps, and know when you have enough data to decide
- Logical rigor, ability to break complex systems into first principles, and to reason about dependencies
- Calm judgment and clear thinking under pressure, ability to ask good questions before acting
- Ownership mentality with initiative and comfort working in ambiguity
- Customer empathy and pragmatism to understand which problems are worth solving now
