Job Summary
Product Specialist role for Sandvik Underground Drills with on-site technical support across Australia, traveling to PNG. Responsibilities include providing on-site technical assistance, developing customer relationships, coaching the service network on operation, maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting end users and operators with complex issues, feedback to engineering to drive improvements, assisting with warranty data and machine improvements, advising on spare parts for planned and unplanned maintenance, and coordinating with site planners to prioritize corrective work. Requires a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in Sandvik underground drills, strong communication skills, the ability to stay composed under pressure, and eligibility to live/work in Australia. Pre-employment medical required. Agencies need not apply.
