Job Summary
Optimize fleet management systems on active mine sites to drive real-time production decisions and shape operational data usage. Partner with engineers and site leaders to solve complex challenges, influence adoption of digital systems, and build trusted relationships across customers. Contribute to the evolution of mining technology in the field while bridging mining operations with global software solutions. Requires a degree in Mining Engineering, IT, or Geology, plus hands-on underground experience and knowledge of databases. Includes 25–30% travel across the Americas and a hybrid working environment within a collaborative, team-first culture.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Mining Engineering, IT, Geology, Mechatronics or similar
- Hands-on underground mining or operational site experience
- Experience with mining systems, OT, or software implementation
- Working knowledge of databases and networking (SQL, Oracle etc.)
- Strong communication skills with confidence in client-facing roles
- Willingness to travel (25–30%) across the Americas and globally
