Product Specialist - Olink/PSX

Job Summary
Represent Olink's proteomics platform in Oncology by driving direct sales of the PSX portfolio across the UK to accelerate biomarker discovery and precision medicine programs. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through account growth, acting as the primary technical advisor to key accounts, KOLs, and strategic partners. Collaborate with Field Application Scientists, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to support study design, deliver technical demonstrations, and translate commercial value propositions to clinical stakeholders. Promote adoption of Olink solutions across translational research, biomarker validation, and clinical laboratory applications while providing customer feedback to Product Management. Requires a Master's degree, deep technical knowledge of the portfolio, and 50-75% travel within the assigned territory.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- demonstrated technical sales experience in relevant scientific instrumentation, laboratory products, or life sciences industry
- Deep technical knowledge of assigned product portfolio and applications
- Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and customer requirements
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
- Travel requirements of 50-75% within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license
- ability to lift/move equipment as needed

- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Experience delivering technical demonstrations and training
