Job Summary
Conduct in-person and virtual training for customers, dealers, operators, and mechanics across North America. Deliver hands-on equipment walkarounds, operational demonstrations, and safety instruction while developing and maintaining training materials, videos, and job aids. Support new product launches, assist with trade shows and dealer meetings, and gather customer feedback to inform internal teams. Partner with Sales, Service, and Engineering to ensure content accuracy and serve as a trusted technical resource. Travel 60-70% of the time to customer locations, with preferred residence in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or near a major airport.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in equipment training, technical training, product support, fleet maintenance, or a related role
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Valid passport or ability to travel throughout the United States and Canada without restrictions
- Travel up to 60-70% throughout North America
- Ability to travel freely throughout the United States and Canada
Desired Qualifications
- Direct experience with road sweepers strongly preferred
- Experience with heavy equipment, municipal equipment, construction equipment, commercial trucks, or fleet operations considered an asset
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and vehicle systems
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage audiences in both classroom and field environments
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across North America
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Residence in Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, or near a major airport preferred
