Job Summary
Product Specialist in Poland responsible for coordinating Allergan Aesthetics relationships with physicians and pharmacies in the designated districts (Mazowieckie, Warmiańsko-mazurskie, Podlaskie). Develops and implements business plans to increase awareness and appropriate use of AA products, achieves sales targets, and strengthens long-term loyalty through ethical customer engagement. Manages customer relationships, provides product training and support, identifies new opportunities, and plans daily activities using CRM to optimize territory coverage. Travel is required; driving license expected; English proficiency required.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level
- 2-3 years of experience in medical aesthetics or pharmaceutical sales
- Driving license
- English – intermediate or above
- Field-based role with willingness to travel
