Product Specialist – Materials Handling

Job Summary
Assist in product development, pricing, training, market strategy and marketing communications to support the growth of the Loadall/Telehandler, Rotating Telehandler and Rough Terrain Forklift product line’s sales volume in North America. Develop compelling audience-specific messages and tools (videos, customer success stories, presentations, demos, how-to guides etc.), provide ongoing product support to product managers, dealers, and direct sales teams, gather comprehensive voice of customer analysis to support product development, track competitor activity and market trends, maintain competitive pricing data, create and conduct sales training seminars and demonstrations, liaise with Product Support to raise customer satisfaction, develop materials for the Product Information Book, coordinate with Marketing to produce marketing materials, and maintain SAP sales configuration system; attend relevant shows and conventions.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Business, B. Engineering or similar
- 2+ years sales, product marketing, engineering and/or customer support experience in the industry or similar
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
