Job Summary
Product Specialist – Materials Handling responsible for assisting in product development, pricing, training, market strategy and marketing communications to support growth of the Loadall/Telehandler, Rotating Telehandler and Rough Terrain Forklift product lines’ sales in North America. Duties include shaping product specifications and features, supporting product roadmaps, developing audience-specific messaging and tools (videos, stories, presentations, demos, how-to guides), providing ongoing product support to sales teams, gathering voice-of-customer insights, tracking competitor activity and pricing, creating and delivering sales trainings and demonstrations, coordinating with Marketing to develop materials, and maintaining SAP sales configuration. Requires collaboration with division and support teams, engagement in shows/conventions, and adherence to company policies. Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in Business or Engineering (or similar) and 2+ years of relevant experience; ability to pass background checks and pre-employment screenings.
Required Qualifications
- BA in Business, B. Engineering or similar
- 2+ years sales, product marketing, engineering and/or customer support experience in the industry or similar
- Must pass any drug screens, background checks and pre-employment tests as applicable
