Job Summary
Conduct vehicle feature presentations and assist guests during test drives while maintaining strong product knowledge for all manufacturer models. Explain and demonstrate vehicle technologies at delivery, coordinate with Sales and Service departments, and ensure all vehicles meet pre-delivery requirements. Travel to and from guest residences, drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off vehicles, and keep lots neat and orderly according to display standards. Make key tags for vehicles and maintain consistent communication after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction. Requires a valid driver's license and customer service experience; full-time Monday through Saturday schedule with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to travel to and from guest's residence with potential extended geographic locations
- Must be able to effectively coordinate and communicate with Sales and Service departments
- Must be able to ensure all vehicles meet all pre-delivery requirements
- Must be able to drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles
- Must be able to keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
- Must be able to make key tags for vehicles
- Must be able to maintain consistent guest communication after delivery
- Must be able to maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacturer products
- Must be able to conduct vehicle feature and benefit presentation
