Job Summary
Conduct vehicle feature presentations and assist guests during test drives, maintaining strong product knowledge for all manufacturer brands. Explain and demonstrate vehicle technologies at delivery while ensuring all pre-delivery requirements are met. Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to manage guest experiences and maintain consistent communication post-delivery. Keep vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars per general manager directives, and travel to guest residences or other dealerships for pickups and drop-offs. Make key tags for vehicles and perform other duties as assigned by management. Full-time Monday through Saturday schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to travel to and from guest's residence with potential extended geographic locations
- Must be able to effectively coordinate and communicate with Sales and Service departments
- Must be able to ensure all vehicles meet all pre-delivery requirements
- Must be able to drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles
- Must be able to keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
- Must be able to make key tags for vehicles
- Must be able to maintain consistent guest communication after delivery
- Must be able to maintain strong product knowledge for all manufacturer products
- Must be able to conduct vehicle feature and benefit presentation
- Must be able to direct guests to additional information resources
- Must be able to explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
