Job Summary
Promote and sell company products to private/government healthcare professionals in the Kuching, Sarawak territory. Build and execute account plans for key accounts; drive sales growth, adherence to ethical standards, and compliance with internal medical/legal processes. Responsible for strategic sales objectives (market/sales growth, formulary listings, new product priming) and territory/account management, including planning promotional activities (Focus Group Meetings, Lunch & Learn, scientific leader engagement, digital programs) and timely submission of documents. Demonstrates high sales expertise, relationship management, and ability to translate product/therapeutic area knowledge into customer value; applies internal data, competitor/market information, and efficient time management to maximize reach and ROI. Leadership competencies emphasize ethics, integrity, collaboration, and patient focus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Pharmacy/ Biomedical Science/ Microbiology/Science
- Minimum 3-5 years pharmaceutical sales experience in Pharmaceutical industry- Multisector
- Experience in Vaccines is an added advantage
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong customer focus and proven relationship building skills
- Good track record in sales, with a history of achieving results
- Note: No experience but with a good business acumen can be considered
