Job Summary
Respond to feedback and requests from country teams and superusers while supporting the rollout of new functionality across different countries. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development teams by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and maintaining an effective technical dialogue. Create and manage Jira stories, tasks, and documentation, perform functional testing, and contribute to agile processes to prioritize work and improve the product experience.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working as a Product Specialist, Business Analyst, or in a similar role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience analyzing business needs and translating them into clear business requirements
- Experience creating and managing Jira stories and tasks
- Ability to communicate effectively with both end users/superusers and technical development teams
- Experience with functional testing
- Experience working in an agile environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
