Job Summary
Coordinate workstreams across investment, legal, tax, finance, and ESG teams to support fund launches and fundraising processes. Develop and maintain key marketing collateral, including pitch books and PPMs, while managing investor due diligence by responding to DDQs, RFPs, and preparing meeting materials. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor queries and manage fundraising reporting activities such as pipeline tracking and analytics. Prepare tailored materials for strategic investor meetings, annual events, and conferences, and contribute to market and product analysis to evolve the Credit platform.
Required Qualifications
- relevant degree
- 1–3 years of professional experience within investment management, investment banking, private markets, or a similar institutional financial environment
- Attention to Detail: Structured, thorough, and capable of producing high-quality work in a busy environment
- Analytical Mindset: Solid quantitative and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse information and draw practical conclusions
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, and deadlines simultaneously
- Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex topics clearly and concisely
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborative and engaged approach to working with internal teams across functions and geographies
- Commercial Mindset: Interest in private markets, fundraising, investor engagement, and product development
