Job Summary
Contribute directly to the strategic direction and roadmap of InterSystems EHR products by defining features, workflows, and user interactions. Collaborate cross-functionally with development, implementation, and field engineering teams to bring new capabilities to successful release. Engage regularly with healthcare customers to translate clinical needs into product requirements and serve as the internal voice of the customer. Act as a subject matter expert in domains such as inpatient, ambulatory, or medication workflows to guide design and prioritization. Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and evolving clinical practices to inform product decisions and evaluate solution impact on quality and safety. Represent InterSystems in the broader clinical and informatics community through national and international conferences.
Required Qualifications
