Job Summary
Manage assigned tickets from start to end, including stakeholder dialogue, to translate business requirements into technical solutions for user management, data management, reporting, and automations. Execute recurring tasks such as currency updates, Sandbox refresh, and seeding while maintaining applicable documentation like technical specifications and training materials. Stay current with latest Salesforce releases and conduct testing to ensure solution integrity. Requires fluent Dutch and English, with a preference for Salesforce Administrator certification and 3+ years of experience in Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience with user management, security, data management, reporting & Flows
- Fluent in Dutch and English (verbal and written)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge or understanding of Apex is appreciated
- Experience with Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
