Job Summary
Act as the customer advocate for products at Bilt, owning end-to-end product journeys, monitoring performance, and surfacing insights to improve user experience. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Support, Legal, and Policy to ensure readiness, launch quality, and continuous improvement. Lead testing and bug documentation, prioritize issues, drive AI-enabled workflows, and translate data signals into actionable recommendations to enhance adoption and user value.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product role
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Experience with analytics tools or SQL (nice to have)
- Experience with QA, product operations, or similar roles
- Ability to design and iterate on AI-driven workflows
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration (Product, Engineering, Design, Ops, Support)
