Job Summary
Achieve product volume, mix, and profit objectives through high-performance execution for ITP portfolios within the Hanoi territory. Manage new and existing accounts by identifying key decision-makers, prioritizing resource utilization, and conducting targeted selling to meet customer needs. Apply therapy and product knowledge to differentiate Baxter offerings against competitors, provide technical demonstrations, and monitor results against forecasts. Proactively seek new business opportunities, coordinate major marketing initiatives like exhibitions and symposiums, and provide feedback for marketing policy and pricing revisions. Ensure all business activities comply with the Code of Conduct, relevant Vietnam legal demands, and ethical standards while building high-trust relationships with stakeholders.

- Able to write/ speak English
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or medicine
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare industry
- Strong focus on therapeutic product promotion to hospital accounts
