Product Specialist at Fletcher Jones Imports delivers an exceptional guest experience by proficiently demonstrating vehicle features, controls and benefits, including an overview of owner’s manual, warranty and service guidelines; activates mobile apps and satellite radio as needed; ensures phones are answered promptly; assists sales consultants by coordinating with the service department to recondition vehicles and perform final quality checks on cleanliness, documentation, keys, and floormats; and maintains proactive follow-up with guests to encourage repeat and referral business.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Prompt and courteous demeanor
- Strong computer skills
