Job Summary
Greet and guide clients from the lot into the sales process, engaging in conversation to fully understand their needs and assist in identifying vehicles that fulfill their wants. Act as the vehicle expert by mastering product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology, then customize vehicle delivery while ensuring clients understand operational features. Perform daily follow-ups using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). Maintain an enthusiastic, high-energy personality throughout the workday while promoting our Fields of Five standards: Safety, Integrity, Courtesy, Presentation, and Efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check
