Job Summary
Coordinate with marketing, R&D, and supply chain teams to execute product lifecycle activities including requirement insight, definition, development, launch promotion, and teardown assessment. Manage technical documentation for specifications, certifications, and installation guides while leading competitor analysis to support commercial decisions. Drive new product introduction projects from requirement definition through trial production, refine sales enablement materials, and analyze quality feedback to implement design improvements. Maintain accurate product databases and ensure all deliverables meet application requirements. Requires 8+ years in building hardware or precision manufacturing with strong logical analysis and cross-functional communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- 全日制本科及以上
- 机械设计、材料成型、模具设计等相关理工科专业背景
- 机电一体化、建筑相关等专业背景
- Minimum 8 years required
- 5年以上建筑五金、建筑门窗型材、建筑幕墙配件、精密压铸/冲压加工等建筑配套或精密制造行业的结构设计、工艺工程或技术研发经验
- 具备工程渠道B2B产品管理或技术支持经验
Desired Qualifications
- 熟练使用AutoCAD制图软件
- 能够准确识读并理解2D/3D工程图纸
- 熟练使用Office办公软件(Excel数据分析、PPT报告撰写、Word文档编制)
- 具备英语商务沟通能力(能够阅读英文技术资料、撰写英文邮件并进行基础的口头商务交流)
