Job Summary
Product Specialist supporting the Medical channel, working with the Sales Manager to manage day-to-day activities and drive sales. Responsibilities include contributing to medical sales plans, implementing action plans to achieve sales targets across assigned businesses/territories, tracking KPIs and daily activities, calling on existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotation/tender prices and terms, reporting on competitors, maintaining customer data in CRM, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery or installation of products. Must possess strong communication and negotiation skills, basic knowledge of regulatory requirements for products, proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint, and English fluency; willing to travel outstation to cover more than one area. Degree or professional qualification in a science- or medical-related discipline with at least one year of relevant experience is required.
