Job Summary
Product Specialist responsible for translating customer needs into intuitive user experiences and ensuring design decisions align with product goals. Work spans the intersection of design, product management, and user research to bridge business requirements with seamless digital experiences. Responsibilities include owning the design process from concept to execution, translating customer needs into engaging interfaces, leveraging the ShadCN design library, collaborating with Product Manager/Creative Director on research and prototyping, developing user cases, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups, and creating visual assets with design guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in UX/UI design or product design
- Proficiency in Figma
- Experience with user research and journey mapping
- Data-informed design decisions
- Strong visual design skills (typography, color theory, layout)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficient copywriting in English
- Access to a Mac with Figma (or preference for this tool)
- Experience working with design systems and symbol libraries
