Job Summary
Product Specialist to drive adoption and growth of chromatography and spectroscopy chemistries and supplies across Latin America’s indirect channel markets. Serve as a technical advisor and commercial partner to distributors, channel partners, and end-user customers. Partner with Channel Partner Managers and distributors to develop go-to-market strategies, train partners through technical trainings and product demonstrations, and provide sales support to increase product adoption. Translate complex technical concepts into clear customer value, identify growth opportunities within the distributor network, support pipeline development, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet regional growth targets. Requires strong knowledge of GC, LC, UHPLC/HPLC, spectroscopy, sample preparation, and familiarity with LC-MS/GC-MS applications, plus ability to deliver engaging trainings and presentations and operate effectively within channel/distributor sales models. Travel approx. 25% and fluency in English and Spanish are desired.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or related scientific discipline
- 4+ years of experience in account management, technical sales, or related commercial role
- Experience working with distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models preferred
- English and Spanish language proficiency
- Technical knowledge in Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography (LC/HPLC/UHPLC), Sample Preparation techniques, Spectroscopy, familiarity with LC-MS and GC-MS applications preferred
