Product Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct daily interactions with customers to promote specialized product needs and installations, providing price estimates for designated services before scheduling appointments. Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement, then maintain prepayment logs while keeping customers apprised of work progress. Schedule installation appointments with service staff, monitor parts traffic, and inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered. Maintain a safe, clean work area and cross-train to perform other duties as necessary. This role supports the sales and service teams to ensure high customer satisfaction within Camping World's national RV network.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- A valid driver's license
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience
- Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies
