Job Summary
Product Specialist for 3M Air & Vapor Barrier products in Building Protection Solutions. You will drive sales within a defined territory, partner with local channel teams to grow end-user customers and specifiers, manage the opportunity pipeline, and collaborate with the Key Accounts Team to expand 3M’s Air Barrier portfolio. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding sales quotas, providing market and customer insights to portfolio managers, developing end-user accounts, and generating opportunities through architectural, engineering, and consulting communities. The role involves driving a company vehicle and requires at least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with 3 years of account and channel management in commercial construction (or an alternative path with a high school diploma or GED plus 10 years of relevant experience) and a valid driver’s license. Work location is remote within CO, UT, MT, WY; relocation assistance may be authorized. Safety and compliance with company policies are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution AND three (3) years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment
- OR High School Diploma/GED or higher from an accredited institution AND ten (10) years of Account and Channel Management in the commercial construction industry in a private, public, government or military environment AND Current, valid Driver’s License
