Job Summary
Product Specialist handles professional customer service and vehicle-feature presentations during test drives, maintains strong knowledge of manufacture products, answers guest questions, demonstrates vehicle features and technologies at delivery, takes photos of new/used cars for the website, maintains post-delivery guest communication, and assists with moving and displaying vehicles. The role requires staying attuned to manufacture changes/updates, providing information resources to guests, and following dealership display standards, with other duties as assigned.
