Creates an exceptional Ford guest experience through phone, email, and in-person interactions; presents Ford vehicle features and benefits with confidence by guiding guests through test drives; builds and maintains strong product knowledge across the Ford model lineup; coordinates and completes vehicle deliveries; supports guests with Ford technology education and troubleshooting; remains current on Ford products through required brand training; requires 18+ years old with valid driver’s license; full-time position with Monday–Friday schedule (Saturdays required); competitive pay of $18–$20/hour and comprehensive benefits; training and development opportunities across Baxter Ford West Dodge.
Required Qualifications
