Product Specialist - Automation

Provide high-quality technical support and develop the technical competencies of customers and internal personnel for Sandvik automation solutions. Involves field service on automation systems (installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs) at customer sites; respond to service calls; install/configure/validate AutoMine systems; support underground automation networks; act as escalation point; participate in system commissioning, ramp-up, and handover activities; develop and deliver technical and product training; provide on-site and remote technical support to customers, end users, operators, and internal teams; build strong customer relationships; assist with parts interpretation and stock levels; contribute to service reports, commissioning documentation, and technical procedures; monitor test results and support field trials; ensure activities comply with Sandvik standards and site requirements; travel to customer sites; leverage bilingual communication as needed.
