Job Summary
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of powersports products, including specifications, features, and applications. Engage with customers to understand their needs, providing tailored recommendations while conducting product demonstrations and test rides. Assist clients with product selection, financing options, and trade-in evaluations, and offer technical support for maintenance and repairs. Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business while staying updated on industry trends and collaborating with dealership teams. Requires proven sales or customer service experience in the powersports industry, flexibility for weekends and holidays, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the powersports or automotive industry
- Strong passion for powersports and outdoor recreation, with knowledge of motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Boats, or Personal Watercraft
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse customer groups
- Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, capable of providing detailed product information and support
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
