Product Specialist

Job Summary
Support daily product activities including quotations, drawings, and customer specification intake with a customer-centric service mindset. Prepare and track pricing inputs, maintain commercial documents, and coordinate with Account Managers to keep information current. Collect customer requirements, maintain accurate configuration data, and support product change notifications. Track NPI timelines, milestones, and deliverables while coordinating sample requests and part number setup. Serve as a liaison among Sales, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues and support product readiness. Assist with presentations, reports, and trade show collateral as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in product support, sales engineering, program coordination, or a related role
Desired Qualifications
- interconnect or HSIO experience
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and document management tools
- ERP or SAP experience
