Job Summary
Product Specialist role supporting the Product Manager and Product Development team in roadmap planning, developing project timelines, and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver product development tasks. Responsibilities include assisting the Underwriter with plan implementation in the AIG system, providing data and market research, proposing product ideas, preparing product materials, functional specifications, and training guidelines, and distributing market analyses to management. Strong emphasis on collaboration, communication, and English proficiency; in-office collaboration is prioritized with Bangkok, Thailand as the location.
Required Qualifications
- Proven relevant experience in Accident & Health (A&H) insurance
- Degree holder in Actuarial, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- Team player with experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in English
