Job Summary
Product Specialist Advisor at Camping World works directly with customers to determine specialized product needs and services and provides price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments. The role is part of the sales team and collaborates with the service team to ensure high customer service satisfaction. Daily duties include customer interactions to promote specialized product needs and installations, reviewing sizing/colors/placement before installation, maintaining prepayment logs, scheduling installation appointments with service staff, monitoring parts for installations, inspecting vehicles to ensure proper parts are ordered, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining a safe work area, and potential cross-training to perform other duties. Compensation includes an annual base range of $45,000-$60,000 with uncapped commissions, plus benefits for full-time and part-time associates.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- At least one year of sales experience preferred
- RV or camping product experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license required
- May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
