Job Summary
Conduct daily customer interactions to identify specialized product needs and provide price estimates for designated installations. Review each job for proper sizing, colors, and placement before scheduling appointments with service staff. Maintain prepayment logs, update customers on work progress, and monitor daily parts traffic. Inspect vehicles to ensure correct parts are ordered and keep the work area safe and clean. Cross-train to perform other duties as necessary while delivering excellent overall customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent organization and follow up skills
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- At least one year of sales experience
- At least one year of previous RV or camping product experience
- Knowledge of Service Department procedures and policies
