Job Summary
Manage the KLS Martin LP product portfolio by in-service, maintaining, and restocking all current products while researching market potential to develop sales and price strategies. Prioritize activities based on set sales and development goals, organizing trips to field locations for trade shows, customer on-site visits, and surgical demonstrations. Educate employees on assembly, use, and maintenance, and assist in publishing product education and marketing media. Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to manage production projects and regulatory submissions, ensuring efficiency through design and inventory coordination. Stay current on competitive offerings, standard of care, and new technologies to maintain in-depth knowledge of clinical evidence and marketing claims.
Required Qualifications
- 4 year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience or demonstrated ability to learn, Salesforce.com, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur, Paycom, iOS iPad & iPhone
- May require approximately 25% travel or more
- Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with all levels within the organization
- Plan and organize internal cross-department meetings to accomplish goals of the product line or project
- Ability to follow through on issues, make informed decisions that comply with policies and procedures, complete tasks and problem-solve
- Demonstrate the ability to work with minimal supervision and accomplish high level goals with minimal explicit instructions
