Job Summary
Product Solutions Senior Manager drives the full product development process in core systems to manage and monitor products, participates in new product development and distribution discussions, and oversees Day-2 management and IT cost-related project management. Responsibilities include market research and competitor analysis to generate new product ideas, internal product training on system implementations, planning for new product development and Day-2 enhancements, managing project timelines and coordinating with IT, operations, accounting and other stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, and coordinating Day-2 items with relevant departments to meet product requirements and regulatory expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, financial industry and/or banking from college degree or above
- minimum 5 – 7 year’ experience in developing/marketing life insurance or (non)financial/banking products
- Experiences in life insurance, especially in product function and/or related operation are preferred
- Understanding of Life Insurance distribution channels, Sales, Customers, Operations, etc.
- Project management skill - Presentation and communication skills
- Good writing skill & negotiation
- Creative thinking with good analytical skills
- Nice to have in English and MS software packages (WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT etc)
