Job Summary

Product Solutions Vice President for Payments in Merchant Services accountable for crafting end-to-end payment-optimization solutions, influencing product development, go-to-market, pricing, and sales strategies. Collaborates across product, technology, and architecture to drive customer-centric strategies, develop solution requirements, and support successful product launches. Responsible for driving adoption of optimization products (Fraud, Vaulting, Authentication, Orchestration/Routing), owning P&L, and aligning organization-wide objectives and OKRs to deliver measurable business outcomes. Requires leadership in cross-functional initiatives, strong presentation skills for senior leadership, and deep understanding of payments economics, authorization and conversion drivers, and customer journeys.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the payments industry with expertise in optimization-related products
  • Strong understanding of value levers in payments (authorization rates, conversion rates, fraud, payment network economics)
  • Experience collaborating with product, technology, and architecture teams; familiarity with product development processes and tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Ability to design and illustrate product interoperability across systems
  • Lead initiatives across product, sales, pricing; ability to develop and deliver leadership-ready presentations
  • Experience developing and launching new products in the payments space
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption of optimization products and services; building and running sales campaigns
  • Proven track record of owning P&L responsibilities and driving business outcomes for solution areas
  • Ability to design customer journeys and personas based on client needs and behaviors
  • Comfort with setting objectives and measuring success (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Preferred: direct experience with customer feedback, needs assessments, and consulting
