Job Summary
Leads solutioning for Healthcare Payments products, defines and configures client solutions across Patient Management Systems and Hospital Systems; acts as a subject matter expert on a defined set of products; owns pricing and pipeline planning; prospecting and creating pipeline and leads; collaborates with Treasury Representative and Healthcare Banker to support product needs; engages client teams to understand pain points and refine solutions, delivering tailored solutions that address client objectives; drives quota attainment, manages multiple projects, sources new opportunities, and maintains a consultative approach to align product implementations with client needs; travel ~35% and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent sales expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Extensive experience working in a sales cycle and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Experience modifying preconfigured solutions to meet complex problems
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
- Understanding of healthcare with knowledge specific to Revenue Cycle Management
- Exhibits excellent people skills and the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
- Proven success with strong communication skills, verbally and written
- Demonstrates critical thinking abilities across multitude of scenarios
- Travel required, expected roughly 35%
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years healthcare technology experience
- Proven success with sales pipeline management
- Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Experience with system integrations across multiple hospital systems
- Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
