Job Summary
The Product Solutions Manager (APAC) at Optro will focus on navigating complex risk and control environments for a portfolio of clients across Southeast Asia, ANZ, and Japan. Responsibilities include engaging with C-level prospects, presenting tailored product demonstrations, and partnering with internal teams to meet APAC clients' unique needs. The ideal candidate will have 5-9 years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk Advisory, and Compliance, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of audit methodologies and controls management.
Required Qualifications
- 5-9 years working experience within Big 4 consulting, Internal Audit, Compliance and/or Risk Management
- Expert understanding of internal audit methodology and internal controls management
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, critical thinking and project management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, presentation and decision-making skills
- Ability to understand complex client environments and relate it to Optro's platform
Desired Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or CPA/CA
- Fluency in English and professional proficiency in at least one additional regional language (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese)
- Understanding of common compliance frameworks such as COBIT, SOC, COSO, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HITRUST
- Experience managing and working with auditors
- Experience managing and working with internal cross-functional teams and product engineering groups
- Experience communicating and reporting to Senior leadership
